Personal Information Stored

Transaction specific details, such as card type, first four and last four digits, and authorization/approval codes may be stored for audit and transaction purposes.

The Company does not sell information to unrelated third parties. The Company does send your contact and order information to the facility that you selected for purposes of satisfying your payment or reservation.

  • ORG GUID – To identify the self-storage organization that you are doing business with.
  • Site ID – To identify the property within the self-storage organization.
  • Account ID – This is the account ID for your storage unit(s), not a payment card ID.
  • Rental ID – This is the ID associated with your particular storage unit(s) that you are renting.

Age of Consent; Use By Children

By using The Company website, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. We do not intentionally gather information from visitors who are under the age of 13. If a child under 13 submits information to The Company and we learn that the information is the information of a child under 13, we will delete the information as soon as possible. If you believe that any information from a child under 13 was submitted to The Company, please contact us immediately.

Refund Policy

All rent is due on the Anniversary date. If your unit is occupied on or after the Anniversary date, full rent is due for that month. If you unit is occupied after that day of the month no refunds will be given. All refunds will be due and rebated according to signed contract. “Rent is due each month on the rent due date or in advance. Rent payments shall be made in full without offset or deductions of any kind, and without demand. Rent shall be delinquent if not paid monthly by the SIXTH (6TH) day immediately following the due date. Owner reserves the right to require that rent and other charges be paid in cash, certified check, or money order. Owner may change the monthly rent or other charges by giving Occupant thirty (30) days’ written notice by first-class mail at the address stated in this Agreement. The new rent shall become effective on the next date rent is due. If Occupant has made advanced rental payments, the new rent will be charged against such payments, effective upon giving notice of the new rate. Any such adjustment in the monthly rent shall not otherwise affect the terms of this Lease, and all other terms of this Lease shall remain in full force and effect. No monthly statements or bills will be issued. Owner will not refund any unused rent for any reason.”

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.
